TOMATINI COCKTAIL

I had the pleasure of making this behind the bar at La Petite Maison Dubai with their brilliant team. It's one of their signature cocktails, sipped at LPM tables around the world, and for good reason—it tastes like summer refusing to fade. Bright, sun-kissed, utterly refreshing.

This cocktail was first created by legendary bartender Jimmy Barrat—an ode to his summers growing up in France. Think of it as the Bloody Mary's cooler, lighter, more elegant cousin.

This is my take on their icon. Mix one at home next time you want something that feels effortless yet spectacular.
